Q. What is the return policy for the tea? A. If there is a reasonable complaint about the tea send us an email on email@example.com. We will require the tea to be sent back in its original packaging and we will test and examine the tea. If it is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed we will send a replacement.
Q. Who do you use for shipping? A. We use Australia Post, standard parcel with tracking number.
Q. What is the shelf life of the cookies? A. These cookies have a shelf life of 4 weeks from the date they are made. You will receive your cookies within 10 days from time they were baked, plenty of time to enjoy!
Q. After I have placed my online order what is the process? You will automatically receive an automated email with your order details. From here we will send out an email 24-48hrs with details on when your order will be shipped or when it is available for pickup. For orders that are being posted we will then send you an email once the order has been posted and the tracking number
Q. Why will it take 10-14 days until I receive my cookies? A. From the time we receive your order, make, bake, decorate and wrap the cookies it can take a few days. Depending on certain locations it can take up to 5 days in transit. We don't want you to miss having your cookies for your event so we allow adequate time for them to arrive. For WA, NT and TAS orders please allow 3 weeks notice due to shipping transit times.
Q. What happens if my cookies get damaged or lost by Australia Post? A. Unfortunately as these are perishable goods we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products during transit. Our cookies will be packaged with extreme care for postage. By placing an order for delivery via Australia Post you are waiving liability.
Q. Can I pick up the cookies? A. Yes, you can pick them up from our shop in Woolooware. If you select this option we will email you a date that they will be ready for pickup.
Q. My event is not for a few weeks/months can I preorder them now? A. Yes you can preorder the cookies for events longer than 2 weeks away. In the checkout section put the date that you require them for and we will make and ship these cookies closer to the date.
Q. I have ordered a few different cookies for different dates, will I have to pay more shipping costs? A. Yes, if you select different dates for cookies we will issue you with another invoice for the additional shipping costs. The flat rate will only apply to one delivery date. each seperate date you want delivery will incur an additional $15 per date.
Q. Do your cookies have nuts? A. Our cookies may contain nuts as they are not baked in a nut free kitchen. The ingredients in the cookies don't include nuts.
Q. Do your cookies contain gluten and dairy? A. Yes they do.
Q. I have had to cancel my event that I ordered cookies for, can I get a refund? A. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on orders processed via the website shop. If you have placed an order with our owner via email or appointment you are not subject to these terms.
Q. Can you do gluten free or dairy free cookies? A. Yes we can, these are not available on our online shop but you can email us for quotes and to book in.
Q. I'm getting married and want some of your cookies for wedding favours should I order the online ones? A. You are more than welcome to order the online cookies, however as your wedding is such an important event I would recommend ordering directly via email with our cake designer to ensure there are no problems.
Q. I want to order over 50 cookies, should I order online? A. We recommend emailing us for large orders as some discounts may apply to larger quantites and to ensure there are no problems.
